On January 27, 2024, Chairman of the Guild of Commerce Russia-APR A. Karpov took part in the II Russian-Myanmar Business Forum, organized as a part of the 4th meeting of the Intergovernmental Russian-Myanmar Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.
During the event, the issues of cooperation between the countries in such areas as trade, investment, agriculture, financial and banking sector and tourism were discussed.
The Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Reshetnikov and the Minister of Investments and Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Kan Zaw as the co-chairmen of the Intergovernmental Commission greeted the forum participants.
