On September 22, 2023, the Chairman of the Guild of Commerce Russia-APR A. Karpov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar

On September 22, 2023, at the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Moscow, the Chairman of the Guild of Commerce Russia-APR Alexander Karpov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Lwin Oo to discuss issues of mutual interest within the framework of a comprehensive partnership between Russia and Myanmar.

During the conversation, questions were raised about possible options for strengthening and further developing bilateral trade, economic, scientific, technical, business and humanitarian cooperation between Moscow and Naypyidaw.

The meeting was also attended by Korn Myo Tu, the Adviser on Economic Issues at the Embassy of Myanmar in Russia, and D. Ogurtsov, the Head of the Committee for the relationship with Myanmar.
