On October 5, 2023, Manila (Philippines), the Chairman of the Guild of Commerce of Russia-APR A.Karpov took part in the Plenary Session of the Joint Russian-Philippine Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.

During the event, the parties discussed strategic directions of bilateral trade and economic cooperation. Following the meeting, the Protocol of the 3rd meeting of the Joint Russian-Philippine Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation was signed.
