On January 6, 2024, the Chairman of the Guild of Commerce Russia-APR A. Karpov met with the Deputy Chief of the Malaysian Mission to the Russian Federation Faizal Shani, the Trade Commissioner of Malaysia to the Russian Federation Khaifil Elmi Jamil and the First Deputy Head of the Representation of the Administration of the Vladimir Region S. Bashkov to discuss opportunities for trade, economic, scientific, technical, business partnership between the Vladimir region and Malaysia at the Representative Office of the Vladimir Region Administration under the Government of the Russian Federation.
The parties decided to sign an Agreement on Trade and Economic Cooperation and Tourism.
The meeting was also attended by the Head of the Committee for the relationship with Malaysia D.Ogurtsov and the Project manager A. Bobylkina.
