In an informal setting the parties discussed prospects ofcooperation in the agricultural sector, fertilizer supplies to the Philippine market, as well as opportunities to strengthen Russian-Philippine relations in the field of IT, high technologies, and cooperation in the field of innovative solutions for smart cities.
